As I am sourcing increasingly more from Eastern Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Ukraine), it would make more sense to ship by sea freight from a more eastern port. This makes it easier to combine various shipments from different suppliers into a single sea freight.
Unfortunately, this did not go as planned, forcing me to separate shipments from Western and Eastern Europe. This has caused significant delays, resulting in no sea shipments arriving for some time. The next sea shipment from Eastern Europe is now expected in August. I expect the one from Western Europe in September. Incidentally, there is also a sea shipment from the UK en route, which is also expected in September.
My apologies for this delay. From August onwards, sea shipments will arrive monthly again.
Please do bear in mind, however, that monthly sea shipments do not mean that it takes a month for a shipment to arrive. New shipments are already being sent before the previous one has arrived.
