Citroen 2CV Charleston

Unpainted kit set, 126 parts, 160 mm long

In 1948, the 2CV was presented to the public for the first time. With this purist, inexpensive small car, which was easy to maintain and simple to operate, Citroën offered a robust mass-produced vehicle for the people, which had an extremely good suspension in keeping with the sparsely developed road network.

From 1981, when the 2 CV had long since become a cult object, a two-tone version appeared in series production, the burgundy-black 2 CV 6 Charleston, followed from September 1982 by a yellow-black version, both equipped with air-cooled 0.6-liter two-cylinder boxer engine and 29 hp output. In keeping with the original, the kit features chrome wheel covers, the typical chrome headlights as well as a multi-piece engine and of course a movable hood.
