One-storey light-coloured rendered dwelling house on an almost square base, with a steep hipped roof and dormer windows similar to those that can be seen in workers’ settlement »Zeppelindorf« in Friedrichshafen. Pilaster strips contribute to structuring the facade and accentuating the building’s edges. Small stairs covered by a balcony located in the upper storey allow to access to the entrance.
