Industrial housing meets modular design. The set includes two additional stories (slabs and balconies, windows, decorative screen) for prefabricated high-rise houses of the type P2. Please note: This kit is an addition to our item »Prefabricated High-Rise P2 Basic Kit« (art. 130801). Therefore foundation and roof are not included in the additional kit.
This building kit contains: 176 single parts in 4 colours, window foil, 2 paper masks and 1 construction instruction.
