Ford Mustang Convertible 1965
The classic Ford Mustang 2-door convertible version such a stylish car from the mid 1960s with its characteristic long bonnet and compact body.
In real life the Mustang was manufactured by the Ford Motor Company between April 1964 and 1973. During that time it appeared as a 2-door hardtop, 2-door fastback/sports roof and 2-door convertible. Its debut marked a new class of automobile known as the pony car and the galloping pony became the Mustang mascot from then onwards.
This Mustang is painted in bright red with black hood down and a black interior. The chrome exterior detail includes the galloping pony mascot on both sides behind the front wheel against a red, white and blue background. The wheels are silver with whitewall tyres and the car is registered as IOWA 65 7-24460 Mustang.
Added detail includes the silver vents on the sides, silver finish to the rear lights and wrap around bumpers to front and back.
