Spacious industrial hall with stone pedestal, rendered facade and lateral roofed loading platforms. The storage areas outdoors can be enlarged using a flat yard supplied with an access ramp.

This building kit contains: 415 single parts in 10 colours, window foil, 1 paper mask and 1 construction instruction.
