Soviet light tank T-60 was designed in 1941 and adopted for army service during autumn of the same year. It was both easy to produce and reliable, even though lightly armed and armored. T-60 was one of the principle Soviet light tanks of World War II era. Total number of T-60 tanks produced by Soviet factories is slightly less than 6000.
