Yes, indeed! It has now been 10 years since I introduced the Mini-Kiwiland Hobby Shop!
The Hobby Shop was originally intended to be part of a "Miniature New Zealand" tourist attraction, alongside a souvenir shop and a café. This project was put on hold during the pandemic, and all the investors withdrew. Given the current state of the economy in New Zealand, there is still no sign of investors returning.
Consequently, during the pandemic, I decided to focus more on the hobby shop—a move that proved successful.
In 2023, this nearly came to an end when I was illegally evicted from my previous premises. My current location was the only solution, even if it wasn't ideal. Following a difficult year in 2024, revenue has grown steadily—to the point where I am now in a position to move to a new location. I haven't found one just yet, but that will be my primary focus in the coming year.
Unfortunately, I don't have the time to run an extensive anniversary campaign. Instead, I will be offering a series of special deals over the next few weeks.
This newsletter already features a number of brands with special offers.
Many thanks for all your support!
