Please note: The Mini-Kiwiland Shop showroom will not open until 1:00 PM this coming Saturday, April 25th. It is not permitted to open earlier due to ANZAC Day. Normally, the showroom closes at 3:00 PM, but I don't mind staying a little longer if I know customers are still coming.
I expect to have a large amount of stock in by the end of next week. This includes brands such as Airfix, Eduard, ICM, Italeri, MiniArt, and Revell.
I also expect a restock of Vallejo paint, AK Interactive, and Mr. Hobby.
Robert

All the 'True Metallic Metal' sets from Vallejo have been listed on the Mini-Kiwiland Shop website and are expected in July (sea freight)
"True Metallic Metal (TMM) is a painting technique that aims to represent realistic metallic surfaces using paints with actual metallic pigment—rather than simulating metal with flat colors, as in Non Metallic Metal (NMM).
TMM achieves natural reflections and visually striking results with less painterly artifice, preserving the material richness of metal in miniature form.
But painting with TMM requires more than just metallic paint. It involves applying traditional principles of light, shadow, and volume—working with blends, transitions, and contrast as you would with any non-metallic surface.
Through a clear and consistent approach based on the BSL model (Base – Shade – Light), you can paint metallic surfaces with volume, atmosphere, and clear light definition—without giving up the authentic shine of real metal."
