New shipments with diecast models and kit sets from Kibri, Vollmer and Italeri arrived in stock last week.
Coming week kit sets from MiniArt and models from Noch and IXO Models are expected.
Now that we receive monthly shipments from most of our overseas suppliers, we are able to re-stock faster and special customer orders are arriving much quicker. Providing the manufacturer still has stock. Customers who have placed special orders will be notified when manufacturers are out-of-stock (OOS). See 'Website Improvements (14)'.

It is my goal to get special out-of-stock orders to customers as quickly as possible. Monthly shipments from most suppliers these days are a huge improvement.
Not all manufacturer stock their entire catalogue however. It may take a while for a product to be reproduced. I can not expect customers to wait long for their order to finally arrive. Special orders that are out-of-stock (OOS) at manufacturers can be removed easily and without any consequences from the backorder list on 'my account' pages.
As soon as I notice that a special order is OOS, it will be indicated on the website after the product name on the backorder list. Customers will receive an OOS notification by e-mail as well with explanations and options.
Products in backorder that will be available again (and are in transit to New Zealand) cannot be removed / canceled.
NOTE: This only applies for products from brands that we buy directly from. Not for brands purchased from wholesalers/distributors. In those cases it is not known to us whether a manufacturer is out of stock.
