Preiser (figures) hasn't been able to ship to New Zealand for months, but last week the first shipment arrived from Preiser since the Covid-19 outbreak. From now on we should be able to receive Preiser products once a month like most of our overseas suppliers. Stock level at Preiser is still a problem. Preiser does not even stock half of what is in their catalogue.
Among the new arrivals were figures sets from Zvezda. The Napoleonic sets were sold out quickly to watchers however.
A new brand for the Mini-Kiwiland Shop this week is Road Kings. A diecast Manufacturer that produces 1:18 scale truck cabs only.

It's time to arrange a new shipment from HaT.
When placing orders I always look at what is placed on watchlists. This gives me a better idea of what is in demand. It doesn't mean that I order everything that is placed on watchlists however. Quantities could also be minimum. To avoid disappointment it is best to place a 'special order' for HaT products. 'Special orders' are automatically reserved for customers. If a special order cannot be supplied by HaT (temporarily out of stock) it is no problem to cancel it.
I'm going to place an order with HaT on Sunday. This gives customers the opportunity to:
* Place items on watchlist. Those are more likely to arrive in stock.
* Remove items from watchlist
* Place 'special orders'
* Remove 'special orders'
'Special orders' cannot be removed once in transit to New Zealand.
Orders should arrive within a month.

The Preiser animal figures from their 'Elastolin' series are marked as 1:25, but the actual scale differs. Some have even been released by Pola G as 1:22.5 scale. The Mini-Kiwiland Shop has categorized these figures as 1:24, because they fit perfectly in the Mini-Kiwiland attraction, which is scaled 1:24. Here are some of those animal figures in stock:
